Reused and salvaged materials are incorporated where ever possible, and complimented with energy and water saving systems that reduce the homes ecological foot print.

Welcome Dragland Design | Build

Michael Dragland is an accomplish carpenter that has recently moved into the realm of home design and builder. His focus is on creating eco-friendly homes that are constructed with impeccable attention to detail. With the use of salvaged woods, solar energy, recycled grey water, and other alternative materials and methods Dragland DesignBuild can drastically reduce the buildings footprint.

His latest project on Salt Sping Island was a home for environmentalist and writer Briony Penn. The two collaborated to design and erect this beautiful 100 mile home that was recently feature during the Salt Spring Eco-Living and Home Tour.
